Robert McDowall FCPA

Director

Robert is one of the managing directors of the Arabon group of companies, which include a boutique accounting, SMSF and business advisory firm and Acacia Plan Management.  With a background in accounting, taxation and business systems, Robert has extensive UK and Australian experience working with SMEs, small public companies and NFP organisations.  He is a fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Outside of his work life he coaches high school rowing and spends time raising his young family.

Ann O’Keeffe

Plan Manager

Ann has worked with our parent company, Arabon, for over 20 years in various roles. Ann is passionate about helping people and prides herself in always going above and beyond.

When Ann is not working, she enjoys walking with friends. She loves spending time walking along the beach and exploring bush walks. To balance out the outdoors, Ann’s ideal night would be dinner out with friends before taking in a theatre performance.

Nina Nguyen CPA

Plan Manager

Nina has worked for our parent company Arabon since 2016, initially as an accountant then moving across to support the launch of Arabon Care, now Acacia Plan Management in 2018.  Nina brings her friendly and knowledgeable manner to the team and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys reading, cooking, and baking. She adores spending time with friends sharing good food and creating good memories.

Linda Logan

Plan Manager

Linda has been a part of the family for 14 years with a varied career in bookkeeping, accounting and audit roles.  Linda is an empathetic individual with a great attention to detail.

When Linda is not in the office, she enjoys reading, going to the beach and staying fit and healthy. You can find Linda weekly attending Pilates, personal training and resistance training classes. Linda recommends everyone lift weights and try to be active. 

Elke Hughes

Senior Administrator

Elke has been with us since launch and works in an administration role supporting the team to perform efficiently. Elke has a long history in the healthcare industry and was a registered nurse.

Elke especially loves the school holidays when she can spend time with her husband and four kids enjoying the outdoors. She had great memories as a child and is now creating similar memories with her kids: fishing, playing beach cricket, touch footy and exploring the outdoors.

Marguerite Ellis

Senior Administrator

Marguerite has over 20 years’ experience in bookkeeping and general office management. She brings to our team her detail-orientation, resourcefulness and endless curiosity.

Outside of the office, Marguerite is a craft enthusiast, in particular sewing and quilting. She loves being with her family, cooking and traveling overseas.

Jeni Vieira

Senior Administrator

Jeni has a varied history working both as a qualified chef and as an administration assistant for different commercial businesses.  She prides herself on being friendly, efficient and hard working.

At home, Jeni loves watching a movie with her husband and three young daughters.  She’s also an avid gardener, enjoys upcycling old furniture and reading.
